Position Overview:

Xinhua Finance, a Tokyo listed public company is rapidly expanding its extensive China multi media platform.  The media division expands the companies reach from institutional clients of leading financial and corporate institutions to the rapidly growing "high net worth individuals” sector.  TV broadcasting as well as an extensive advertising network.

 Xinhua Finance is seeking a qualified, proactive, motivated and sales orientated candidate to lead the integration of the media business units and sales teams. The

Candidate should have good interpersonal and group relationship/team building skills as well as the ability to develop and execute cross selling and key account programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, participate in project planning, prepare project proposal, and assist integration manager in formalizing project plans
• Work with integration manager, portfolio companies and clients to optimize cross selling opportunities within the organization and identify high performance business value creation and transformation opportunities
• Coordinate, assist, and track the execution of approved projects
• Other administrate works to support the integration team

Qualifications:

   Four year bachelor degree is required and advanced degree in media/ advertising/ /Business development is desirable but not required

   Ability to manage projects in all areas of business lines including: planning, proposal, optimization, product/service development, business strategy, execution coordination and process improvement

   Demonstrate high personal integrity and ethnics

   Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English language is mandatory

   Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
